A hallmark of the religious task is marking major life events with rites of passage. We have extensive experience with memorial services, weddings, child-dedications, bridging ceremonies, and coming-of-age observances. We have also done new home blessings, building dedications, ordinations, and various earth-based rituals.

These ceremonies provide us with opportunities to deepen our pastoral relationships with the recipients. In addition these rites are essential to the life of a congregation - helping the community share grief as well as celebration. We recognize our responsibility to honor the individuality of those involved, while drawing on the tradition and meaning inherent in each rite.
